- At departure, turn down the heat to 50.
- Unplug portable heaters.
- At departure, turn lights off except porch. lock doors.
- Return the kitchen to the original condition including dishes put away, check the coffee filter, toss fridge items.
- Quiet hours between 10pm and 7:30am
- Pet policy: Ask permission to bring a pet. Never leave pets alone or unattended including meals and checking in/out time. Must be up to date with shots and well behaved. Bring your own dog baggies and pick up especially neighbors lawns. Keep on a leash.
